Soreide Law Group is filing a second FINRA arbitration against Dean Mustaphalli of Mustaphalli Capital Partners. The arbitration is against Dean Mustaphalli for the sale of the Mustaphalli Capital Partners Fund. At the time of the sale, Mustaphalli was registered with Sterne Agee Financial Services, Inc. The Fund has since lost 97% of its value. Mustaphalli was an employee and registered representative of Sterne Agee from 12/09 through 09/2011.

Dean Mustaphalli, while a FINRA registered representative, received fourteen reported customer complaints on his U4 and a Wells notice. Mustaphalli's customer complaints rank him in the top of all registered representatives for customer complaints.

Both claims filed by Soreide Law Group against Dean Mustaphalli and Steerne Agee, involve investors from the New York area, both of whom invested their life savings in the Mustaphalli fund.

Lars Soreide, Esq., of the Soreide Law Group is the attorney for both investors in the Mustaphalli Capital Partners Fund. Soreide Law Group represents aggrieved investors nationwide before FINRA and is actively investigating the Mustaphalli Capital Partners Fund.
