Good afternoon. I would like to inquire to any individual and fellow Alpha Seeker as to whom may be a likely purchaser of the Extendicare (exetf.pk) US portfolio? This Canadian based skilled nursing provider recently divested of their Kentucky holdings and has annoucned a split of their Canadian and US operations. As I understand, 70% of their revenue is derived from US operations and due to recent and ongoing funding concerns - the stock/reit has fallen tremendously. The Canadian portfolio is strong and funding is consistent. The US portion - largest portion - is less predicatable and certainly less stable. If the split is successful -- I believe we could see tremndous upside and gains from the current levels.

Any informaiton or thoughts one could share would be greatly appreciated.

    Thank you - TCO
