    Cedar Fair, LP ($FUN) is a Limited Partnership that operates theme parks in the U.S. and Canada. California's Knott's Berry Farm is perhaps its most recognizable holding. Earlier today the company trounced earnings estimates by a whopping 15 cents. The company's properties recorded record attendance this year. Revenues are projected to grow at 4% for the next 5 years. The company's management is committed to keeping debt levels low and costs in line. To improve the park experience, $90M will be spent in capital improvements. MSN Money Central's Stock Scouter rating system gives the company a 10, its highest rating (for what that's worth). Even if none of this is impressing you, its 10% yield might.

    Caveats: The stock is trading at a multi-year high of $28.70 and faces significant resistance at $30, so be cautious. Also, there's been some significant insider selling in recent months.
