Upon request I am adding comments to the daily report.
Trading moved very quickly today from a futures negative opening to positive and an aggressive move to the long side as the 10 year Treasury bond dropped from 2.81% to 2.79%. The models, ITS and 713, are restricted in their movement as the no commission wrap fee at FOLIOfn only allows trading at 11 am and 2 pm New York Time. SHORT POSITION WERE ELIMINATED AND LONG ESTABLISHED DURING THE TWO TRADING SESSIONS. At the end of the day: ANF,AAPL,BA,CLF,KSS,NOK,BZQ,REGN,SBUX,SPWR, 5% $
DT or Day Trader is a commission based Folio that can trade as the market indicates. Today's market action favored DT. DT went from 45% short in Short ETF's on NASD, S&P and Dow with a 40% cash position to all long with the only short being in the Brazil ETF. Throughout the day DT went from long to long taking profits and limiting losses as various issues sold off. At the end of the day long: ANF,AAPL,CLVS,FONR,KSS,BZQ,REGN,SPWR,V, 10% $
At the end of the day the return of DT shows the benefit of paying $3.95 transaction fee versus free trading under a Wrap fee program.
