Last week was again very bullish primarily due to Federal Reserve actions, commonly referred to as Quantity Easing 3 (QE3). Because of the Fed actions, most sector ETFs shot through the roof and I found there was no point in analyzing the two indicators I generally track: Williams%R and On-Balance Volume (OBV) . The only two sectors that do not appear to be extremely bullish are IDU (utilities) and IYT (transportation). [Read more]
