     Dow Jones index is flirting with 11,000. We only want to wish him a luck.:)

    So 11,000 is some kind of psychological level. We are thinking that investors do not yearn at this level very much and will transcend it.
    Smart Money has made his job – had pulled out the stock markets from deep water. Now is the time to engage institutional investors and all the rest investors.
    Stocks are cheap still. It’s a good time to buy stocks right now.
    The support level has lifted again.
