Buy and Hold Plus took a look at two commodity prospects, DBB, and RJA.
The fundamental case for both of them is simple. DBB is a play on all the stimulus projects that various governments around the world are moving forward with. That will create demand for copper, aluminum, and zinc, which is what DBB owns.
RJA is a play on agriculture. Let's face it, people have to eat. As the world's population grows, there's going to be more demand for food. And as the world's diet starts to shift, with increasing meat consumption, that's going to fuel additional demand for grains since it takes about 2.6 pounds of grain to create one pound of beef.
The technicals all are strong, except for the stochastic. In the case of DBB, it shows an overbought condition. And in the case of RJA, the fast stochastic is less than the slow one.
