Bruce H. Lipnick is Founder, Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Asset Alliance Corporation ("Asset Alliance"). He is also Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Asset Alliance Advisors, Inc. He has an extensive background in alternative investments with over 38 years of experience in the investment management and financial services industries, and was a pioneer in utilizing various hedging techniques in portfolio management in the early 1970's through the 1980's. Among other affiliate manager-related activities, Mr. Lipnick serves on the Board of Directors of Wessex Asset Management Limited, a UK based hedge fund manager as well as on the board of many of Asset Alliance's subsidiary and sponsored funds. He is also a member of the Asset Alliance Investment Committee, Transaction Structuring Committee and CIO of the Asset Alliance Manager Participation Fund. Prior to founding Asset Alliance, Mr. Lipnick served as principal, general partner and senior executive officer for several investment management organizations including Wharton Management Group, Inc., which he founded in 1982 and also served as president. Mr. Lipnick is a member of the Advisory Council of the Milken Institute California Center and of the Advisory Board of the Eco Power Conference in Brazil. He is also a member of United States House of Representatives Speaker Nancy Pelosi's Speaker's Cabinet, and in 2002 he received Ernst and Young's Entrepreneur of the Year Award. Mr. Lipnick is a supporter of the New Combinations Fund for the New York City Ballet and a supporter of the School of American Ballet at Lincoln Center. He is also a patron of MOMA and the Metropolitan Museum of Art, a past Dinner Chairman of Petra Nemcova's Happy Hearts Fund and a board member of Hedge Funds Care. In 2008, Mr. Lipnick received the Lifetime Humanitarian Award for Giving from Hedge Funds Care. In May 2011, Mr. Lipnick received the Lifetime Achievement Award from The Young Jewish Professionals (YJP) for his career in the corporate finance world, spanning almost four decades. Earlier in his career, Mr. Lipnick was President and Founder of the Elms Companies and was Vice President of Ladenburg Thalmann & Co., a merchant investment bank, in addition to founding and serving as President of Pierpont Management, Inc., a family office. Mr. Lipnick received a Bachelor of Arts in Finance from Long Island University in 1969. Mr. Lipnick has directly or indirectly owned or operated seats on several major U.S. Securities and Commodities Exchanges. Mr. Lipnick is a member of the Board of Directors for the Federal Enforcement Homeland Security Foundation.

Arnold L. Mintz serves as President, Chief Operating Officer and Chief Compliance Officer of Asset Alliance. Prior to co-founding Asset Alliance in 1996, Mr. Mintz has served as a senior operating executive and general partner of several investment management organizations throughout his investment management career of over 30 years. Mr. Mintz currently serves as the President of Asset Alliance Advisors, Inc., a Registered Investment Advisor and as a member of the Board of Directors of Asset Alliance Corporation. He is also Global Head of Hedge Harbor Inc., a registered broker dealer, and Hedge Harbor Limited, entities involved in Asset Alliance's investment placement business. He also served as Director of Capintro Partners Limited in Dubai, an affiliate distribution company operating throughout the Gulf Region and is a member of the Board of Directors of Wessex Asset Management Limited, a UK based investment management company. Over the course of his career, Mr. Mintz has held senior management positions in operations, administration, marketing and sales. Earlier in his career, from 1982 until 1996, Mr. Mintz served as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Wharton Management Group, Inc. and served as chief operating officer and general partner for several investment management entities affiliated with Wharton. Previously, Mr. Mintz served as Vice President of Elms Capital Management, Inc. and Director of Acquisitions for Envirodyne Industries. Among Mr. Mintz's non-profit activities, he serves on the Board of Trustees and is the Treasurer of the New York School for the Deaf and is a Director at the Federal Enforcement Homeland Security Foundation. Mr. Mintz attended New Mexico State University and majored in Business Administration.

Mr. Gorin serves as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Asset Alliance. As part of this role, Mr. Gorin oversees the financial, accounting, tax, operations and risk management departments and is an integral part of the manager evaluation and acquisition process as well as product development. Mr. Gorin has over 27 years of experience in the financial services industry. Prior to joining Asset Alliance in May 2010, Mr. Gorin held various senior financial roles at Nomura including Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer at Nomura Securities International, Inc. and Nomura Holding America Inc. representing the Nomura Group in the Americas. Previously, Mr. Gorin also has held financial positions with organizations including Cantor Fitzgerald, Safra National Bank of New York and Citigroup. Mr. Gorin began his career at Spicer & Oppenheim and was a Senior Manager specializing in audits of financial services companies. He received a Bachelors of Business Administration in Accounting from Baruch College's Zicklin School of Business and a Master of Science at Pace University's Lubin School of Business. He is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of New York and is a registered with FINRA as a Financial and Operations Principal. Mr. Gorin is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants.

Michael Wu, CFAExecutive Vice President

Michael Wu, CFA, is Executive Vice President at Asset Alliance where he serves as a member of the Asset Alliance Investment Committee and Transaction Structuring Committee. Mr. Wu leads business development and strategic business initiates within Asset Alliance. He is actively involved in identifying affiliate candidates and structuring and negotiating affiliation relationships and acquisition terms with potential affiliates and investment managers. He also serves as Executive Vice President of Asset Alliance Advisors, Inc. where he oversees the investments and research department. He oversees manager sourcing, due diligence and manager selection for Asset Alliance's multi-manager products. Mr. Wu has had extensive experience creating customized multi-manager products, including multi-strategy, single strategy and multi asset class portfolios, for institutions and clients. In this role, Mr. Wu also oversees the structuring and origination of alternative investment linked structured products, including leveraged, tax advantaged and principal protected products. Prior to joining Asset Alliance in 2002, Mr. Wu was an investment-banking analyst in the Financial Institutions Group at J.P. Morgan where he covered the banking and insurance sectors on mergers and acquisitions and capital markets transactions. Prior to J.P. Morgan, Mr. Wu worked at Gimbel Asset Management, a global allocation asset management company. Mr. Wu received his Bachelor of Science in Finance and Economics with honors from the Leonard Stern School of Business at New York University and is a CFA Charterholder.
