Twitter launches another feature in its tool developer kit allowing users to view videos in full-screen.

Twitter is on a mission for adding non-stop innovative features every month; it has made another addition to the list in its tool developer kit. Users now have the ability to watch videos in full screen and GIFs. Users will no longer have the need to leave the application in order to do but can now do so within the application. Users, who use the service through Apple electronics using the iOS, will be able to view videos with more convenience as the videos can be replayed through its own player that the company and operating systems provides.

This feature is for now only available to iOS user, but the company has made it obvious that it will be provided on Android-based smartphones soon. This recent addition promises users, efficiency in video viewing and non-stop without interference viewing for the users availing the feature. The social media network has provided the users with the ability to watch videos in peace without the inconvenience of switching applications to view the desired content, helping them save time, as the user can go back to the previous application easily.

Twitter Inc. has not showed any interest on updating this feature for now. It says that it will work on the updated version of the application and iOS 8 or higher. The feature promises users that they will not need to put any additional efforts to view the content they want, the feature has compatibility with the latest version of the application on iOS.

The company said during the announcement, "We're committed to helping you tell the best stories with videos, and we look forward to building new ways to showcase rich Twitter content in your twitter kit apps." It is on the roll with additions of new features every now and then mainly to boost user growth.

The public was skeptical when the 'moments' feature was launched, but this new feature has evidently not faced that amount of criticism. Moments did not get the expected hype, but it is a trendy feature regardless.

The change of the famous star icon to a heart symbol is also one of the recent changes the company made, the old users did show criticism but again, it is what most of the social media services are using nowadays and the organization has to stay updated with the latest online fashionable and trendy icons.
