    Justin,

Thought I'd check-in to see if any new article had been posted by yours truly.
Instead was disturbed to see that you apparently are being harassed by a third party.
I sympathize with your plight since you're in the 'public eye' whilst this unknown individual is hiding behind an umbrella of anonymity. That strikes of cowardice to me.
Sorry to say, that an appeal to this person's conscience may be wasted, since if they had a 'conscience' in the first place, you wouldn't need to ask to be left alone.
The only suggestion I have is to ask your lawyer to notify Yahoo etc and ask that they intercede on your behalf since you are victim to abuse and personal attack and that you want them to disclose 'his' IP address so that you can slap an injunction on this individual. Furthermore, with 'his' personal details revealed, perhaps we can advertise them on the internet and see how they feel to have their privacy exposed without permission.
Apart from the annoyance factor, rest assured that these actions are typically from an insecure person, who wouldn't dare to provoke you face-to-face. So whilst it's irritating, this perpetrator is a coward...
Sorry that you're having to deal with this nonsense, wish I could do more to help.
    Kind regards,

    SJ

What a bunch of creepers. I am liking your sppi pick. This sell on news seems to be rather common with big news in pharma stocks. This happened to me with a stock called Flamel back in 2006...FLML. The FDA approved their drug Coreg CR(joint venture with GSK) and the stock sold off. I stayed the course and the stock rose 15 points.

    Justin-

Your work is excellent, and greatly appreciated ... period.

There will always be critics, and there will always be angry, unhappy and vindictive people who constantly seek an outlet for their misery ... just like this pathetic person who is apparently crossing boundaries into your personal life.

Don't let that negative energy compromise your well being or your positive outlook on companies that you choose to write about. Besides, you have the right to have an opinion and say whatever the hell you want about companies ... and you always disclose your positions, as well as the fact that they are your opinions.

Any person of even less than average intelligence understands this! You are a very wise investor and an excellent writer, and you have the right to submit articles which contain your opinions.

The vast majority of us who follow your blog and articles look to you for honest and thorough research, top-rate due diligence, and well-balanced predictions. Please keep up the great work. Don't let this insecure, psychologically disturbed person get in the way.

First let say that I agree with the above comments and wish you and your family well. I hope this situation is resolved soon.
Price action on SPPI was little more to my liking yesterday. The volume was 3.7 mil, more closer to normal and it appears a bottom is trying form just above the 50 ma in the 7-7.30. If you believe the fundamentals are still strong, a possible entry would be in the low 7 ish with a stop just below the 50 ma. If you feel the valuation of SPPI is compromised as per the downgrade, then any close below the 50 ma would be a sell signal. I will wait for Justins valuation report.

It saddens me that after all the time and effort you put into your articles Justin there are the few who choose to attack you. There is no excuse for harassing someone's family whatever the grudge maybe. I was in a simlar situation a while back and i deeply sympthasize. Lets hope these individuals are revealed and brought to justice shortly or if I had my way Strung up in Times Square as they deserve no less.

    KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!

Dear Justin...Very sorry to see this. Just know that there are those here who appreciate your work and willingness to share your knowledge freely. It's very important to someone like myself who is trying to learn the ropes...just the fact that you are so sincere and gentleman-like about offering your time and opinions to people you don't know impressed me very much. I love the way you write in layman's terms...informative and easy to understand.
It is so creepy out there, we all have to be careful and you do just that...be careful.
    Regards.

Hate this is happening to you. You do one hell of a job providing us with good information. Your opinion is yours just like mine is mine. I do value your opinion. However in the end the decision to invest or not is my decision after considering many sources, yours included. Those people who don't understand that they made the final decision need to get as far away from investing as they can. Risk is a way of life here, that's what makes the ball bounce. Leave the man and his family alone. Harrass yourself, you did it. Hang tough Justin

Keep it up- ignore the paid bashers.. sorry you can't be allowed to speak freely in this repressive, criminal society where GUNS and WEAPONS are the only things the US excels in nowdays.. oh, PLUS LAWS, we have 7 million now and waste 3% of our GNP in court..

a "free" country?? hardly - but at least we should be free to SPEAK, there's not much else left for us!

Kudos, long SPPI, sometimes GERN, DNDN, other biotechs -- JMAN

    Hey Justin,

I enjoy reading your articles. In some past comments, I've also tried to add to the discussion.

Your analysis helped greatly in my DD and as a result, I am up 37.79%, 22.86%, and 17.46% on SPPI in different accounts as a result. I'll take that any day of the week and twice on Sundays. Good luck tuning out the bashers, silencing those who are going over the line, and thanks in advance for continuing to share your analysis and DD.

One of those accounts I manage is for my mother who is retired and living on a fixed pension so please know that while sharing your insights and opinions has brought some hardships on you and your family it has also done some good in this world.

I didn't forget you. You made a comment on either my first or second article asking about the calendar, which I referred you to Mike Havrilla's calendar at BMR. You were one of the first 50 people who started following my articles in mid to late June. Plus, your profile photo is outstanding and very easy to remember.

Thank you for taking the time and reading my first article. I appreciate your consistent and continuous support!

Please keep posted on how all is going.

    Justin

And may God bless you and yours!

I read your comment last night and read it again aloud to my fiance. The words are different when you hear them. [I read like this often.] Your comment stuck with me.

I do hope that my response finds your Mother well and enjoying her later years or trying her best to enjoy them.

Please be sure to tell her that I said hello and that it was a privilege to help her if I was able.

Thank you very much for sharing this with me. This is why I do what I do - purpose.
