    Below are just a few of the companies I highlighted in my notes dated November 1, 2009 and updated today (in no particular order):

    Spectrum Pharmaceuticals (SPPI) is a smart long-term buy under $10.  Note: Due to the outstanding warrants held by institutional investors, shares of SPPI should continue to run and hit - at least - $7.50 by year-end 2009.

    Ariad Pharmaceuticals (ARIA) is another smart long-term buy under $3.

    Health Spring (HS) is a buy at or below $15.

    IMS Health (RX) is a buy right now.

    Activision Blizzard (ATVI) appears to be a buy right now.

    Alpha Pro Tech (APT) is a buy under $8.  According to Doughtery & Co, price target of $10.  I think it could possibly hit $10 within the next six months.

    Alkermes (ALKS) is a steal under $9.

    Sciclone Pharma (SCLN) is a buy under $3.

    SmartHeat (HEAT) is a buy at or near $8.

    Endo Pharma (ENDP) is an attractive play right now.  Nebido should be approved in December.

    Parexel (PRXL) is a good buy under $13.
