VRINGO-GOOG Patent Case Journey has been very stressful and has deprived energy of VRINGO'S investors. They have spent sleep less nights, stressful weekends what not? Withstanding all the market swings/pre trial/post trial drama. For investors its like going through US Marine Corps boot camp.

Imagine someone who have passed the boot camp and are told to redo the bootcamp? That's exactly is the current situation of VRNG Investors.

Hope this confusion will be ending very soon atleast by Friday 11/09/2012 when Judge Jackson corrects the damage calculation mistake done by Jurors.

Its also time for VRINGO Management to man up and reward its shareholders who have supported them in such a painful process. Hope they don't dilute the shares or play dirty tricks like pink stocks do.

Hopefully Judge Jackson can give us Sweet News very soon and Slap BAD BOY Google. Hope this intimidation is enough for Google to not go to Appeal Process.

And for VRNG they can start planning ahead and give its Investors another great news about their future patent cases on MICROSOFT/YAHOO.

I think you need to man up and realize that speculative stocks are not for the faint hearted. If you fail to do correct due diligence and then lose money as a result then its your own fault.
nobody can blame VRNG for the mistakes made by the Jury or the Latches ruling cutting out 5 years of damages or the mistakes made by so called journalists misreporting facts or the stock manipulators feeding the fears of once hopeful investors.

So far the VRNG team has done an excellent job proving the validity of their patents and gaining complete vindication by the jury and legal system.

yes I do agree with you that their PR timing was far from stellar but VRNG is not a PR company they are a patent enforcement company.

If you think you can't sleep at night then you are over invested. If you do not follow the golden rule of only risking what you can afford to lose then you're problem is self inflicted.

Just imagine for second how Ken Lang must have felt when his shares dropped by MILLIONS of dollars in a matter of minutes. I don't know how rich ken is but any man who can endure that kind of torment and face a courtroom on a daily basis must have a firm conviction and nerves of steel.

as for me... I know what's around the corner so I don't mind if it comes in the next 24 hours or the next 24 weeks.

please don't take this as a personal attack I mean "you" as in third person advice for anyone emotionally over invested in this stock.

    peace and good hunting :)

Author’s reply » 9 Jurors didnt get enough help from Judge Jackson or from court while they are estimating the damages. FYI these jurors are normal citizens with limited IQ most of them not very good at math. hell who knows how to do all those calculations correctly most of them who had only dealt with 5/6 digits(100k) in thier lifetime.

Partly this is VRNG mistake aswell to not show them in presentations/slides as to how to calculate the damages and royalties.

Judge jackon didnt help them either by saying look at the evidence.

atleast jurors should have asked some help to calculate the damages correctly when they are not sure.

In the end VRNG longs got the hit with damage already done as Jurors clerical mistake cannot be corrected as they are already excused.
