When The Cats Are Away The Mice Will Play

This morning, the S&P 500 Index e-mini futures (ES Z1) are soaring higher by 14.00 points to 1170.00 per contract. The sharp rally in the futures comes after France and Germany assured the public that the troubled European banks would be recapitalized before the end of October. The stock markets seem to love bailouts and capital creation. For some reason the U.S. Dollar Index futures (DX Z1) plummeted on the news. As we should all know by now, when the U.S. Dollar drops the stock market pops and inflates higher. This morning the U.S. Dollar Index futures are trading lower by $1.05 to $78.09 a share.  ...Full video
