"Domain Gateway" has an interesting "stable" of publishers (some of which - are shown on it's website), that marketers could most certainly 'find' users on. Particularly for those advertisers who (besides use of GEO targeting - as is being offered by Domain Gateway), get to target "search intent" across Looksmart's exclusive "CPA/CPV performance based marketplace".

BUT ... What Does CPV Mean for Publishers and Advertisers?

**Cost Per View (CPV): Is Viewable Impressions a Viable Metric?**

"If I had to venture a guess, if the CPV model takes off, run-of-site as we know it will cease to exist and the 300×250 ad unit will go for an exponentially higher premium than it already does. But I'm just the marketing guy."

    And .... I think it will!! :)

(Hey, business owners. Get with the program, good people. - Yes, LIVE, learn and prosper.)

    Always, only an opinion.

LookSmart operates in a large online search advertising ecosystem serving ads that target user queries on partner sites. We operate in the middle of this ecosystem, acquiring search queries from a variety of sources and matching them with the keywords of our search advertising customers.

Our largest category of customers has been Intermediaries, the majority of which purchase clicks to sell into the affiliate networks ..of the large search engine providers. ... Another category of customers are Direct Advertisers and their agencies whose objective is to obtain conversions or sales from the clicks, while others want unique page views. The last category of customers is Self-Service advertisers that sign-up online and pay by credit card.

(HMmmm? "unique page views"?? - No doubt CPV's, Folkz) ]
