. With Looksmart (of late) it's mostly about, any increase in the daily volume traded, equating to a rise in share-price value... The data below (thanks to Yahoo! Finance) does support this, and does so pretty clearly.
There is a correction in that post and instead of the (my) stated "SIXTY Billionad impressions" (queries) to manage, DAILY.... It's meant to be, MONTHLY.
From the linked MediaPost article (within that above post), it's most important to consider the following:
< With DSPs coming along to erase the friction on the exchange, they have given advertisers one entry point into the world of display advertising.>
I believe that it's the Looksmart AdCenter's private-labeled API (for both advertisers and publishers), that IS that "enabler" that allows for that (as mentioned), "one entry point" for advertisers to reach "scale", ultimately via publisher based Exchanges like Microsoft's AdECN ....
LOOK's so good from here Folks. In my honest opinion, as always.
LC
ps; With "real" cash of around $27M & no debt, where does Looksmart's existing Market Cap of a little over $30M stand, when compared alongside the "9.2 times tangible book value" of IPO candidate (and most probable AdCenter partner), in ReachLocal, I ask?

There is so much to write about and it's best explained from within a few postings from over at Yahoo Finance, from earlier today.
