The market has been told that Looksmart is now fully operating on aCPA/CPV basis. (Cost per action - cost per view.)
Marketers get to 'target' users and or, select audiences that have shown 'search intent' - with this data (info) being provided to Looksmart for it's "exclusive" use, by the search engines.
Yes (as has been pointed out on this thread), those "in market" users are derived from the 'over 5 Billion search queries a day' ....... that Looksmart receives from the Search Engines-Like Google, Yahoo/Bing, 7Search, ASK, etc
