    This morning I used Barchart to screen the Large Cap S & P 500 stocks for those with the best upward momentum and found Hershey Foods (NYSE:HSY), Dollar Tree (NASDAQ:DLTR) and Teradata (NYSE:TDC).

    Hershey Foods (HSY)

    Barchart technical indicators:

    • 88% Barchart technical buy signal
    • Trend Spotter buy signal
    • Above its 20, 50 and 100 day moving averages
    • 16 new highs and up 9.76% in the last month
    • Relative Strength Index 68.43%
    • Barchart computes a technical support level at 66.50
    • Recently traded at 66.60 with a 50 day moving average of 62.07

    Dollar Tree (DLTR)

    Barchart technical indicators:

    • 72% Barchart technical buy signal
    • Trend Spotter buy signal
    • Above its 20, 50 and 100 day moving averages
    • 15 new highs and up 5.39% in the last month
    • Relative Strength Index 60.68%
    • Barchart computes a technical support level at 100.52
    • Recently traded at 101.52 with a 50 day moving average of 95.63

    Teradata (TDC)

    Barchart technical indicators:

    • 96% Barchart technical buy signal
