    Today I used Barchart to screen the New High list of the stocks hitting the most new highs in the last month and found General Finance (GFN), Hanmi Financial (HAFC), Geoeye (GEOY), AmericanCapital (ACAS) and Valassis Communications (VCI). They all hit 16 - 18 new highs in the last month and remember there are usually only 20 trading days in a month.
