Its principal operations are located in India, Australia, the United Arab Emirates, Namibia, South Africa and Ireland. On November 28, 2011, THLZBV, company's subsidiary acquired Lakomasko BV. Its subsidiaries include THL Zinc Ventures Limited, Vedanta Lisheen Mining Limited, THL Zinc Holding B.V., Sterlite Infraventures Limited, Sterlite Infra Limited, Killoran Lisheen Finance Limited, Sterlite (NYSE:USA) Inc., Monte Cello B.V.
