The company includes five segments: Australian investment properties, New Zealand investment properties, Europe investment properties, United States investment properties and the United States investment properties and REIT operations segments which include all non-property related activities such as derivative financial instrument, debt and expenses.

    It has a market capitalization of 1.32 Billion, EPS is 0.15, P/E ratio is 25.42 and the dividend yield is 4.81% at the annual dividend payout of 0.14.

    Westfield Retail Trust (ASX: WRT)

    It is a real estate investment trust that has investments in a portfolio of shopping centers across Australia and New Zealand. The company comprises of Westfield Retail trust 1 ARSN 146 934 536 and Westfield Retail Trust 2 ARSN 146 934 652. During the year ended December 31, 2011, the WRT1's main activity was the ownership of retail properties in Australia and New Zealand. The trust mainly invests in the joint venture ownership, alongside Westfield group.

    CFS Retail Property Trust is an Australian real estate investment trust, which invests in retail assets. It includes regional and sub-regional shopping centers and retail outlet centers across Australia. As of June 30, 2012 the company owned and managed a diverse portfolio of 29 Australia Shopping centers and factory outlets located across Australia. As of June 30, 2012 the Company's portfolio consisted of Altona Gate Shopping Centers, Brimbank Shopping Centre, Chadstone Shopping Centre, Chatswood Chase Sydney, Clifford Gardens Shopping Centre, Elizabeth Shopping Centre, Grand Plaza, The Mayer Centre Brisbane, QueensPlaza Rosebud Plaza and Runway Bay Shopping Village.

    The company has a market capitalization of 5.52 Billion, EPS is 0.11, P/E ratio is 17.00 and the dividend yield is 5.93% at the annual dividend payout of 0.07.

    Growthpoint Properties Australia (ASX: GOZ)

    It is a property investment Company. As of June 30, 2012 it held interests in a portfolio of 39 investment properties. The company's subsidiaries include Wholesale industrial Property fund, Rowville Property Trust, Kilsyth 1 Property trust, Kilsyth 2 Property Trust, Queensland Property Trust, New South Wales Property Trust, Coolaroo Property Trust among others. On August 27, 2012 the company completed the purchase of 10-12Mort Street, Canberra.

    It has a market capitalization of 966.79 Million, EPS is 0.15, P/E ratio is 16.07 and the dividend yield is 5.34% at the annual dividend payout of 0.10.
