    Smiths City Group Limited is a holding company which operates in three segments: Retail, Property and Consumer finance. Its Retail segment includes the retailing of consumer electronic products, kitchen appliances, home heating solutions, home furnishings and sporting goods through the Smiths City, Powerstore and L V Martin & Son brands. The Property includes Smiths City Properties Limited and the Consumer finance includes the provision of finance by Smithcorp Finance Limited to support the retailing operation.

    The company has a market capitalization of 33.72 Million, EPS is 0.08, P/E ratio is 7.63 and the dividend yield is 5.47% at the annual dividend payout of 0.03.

    Pharmacybrands Ltd (NZE: PHB)

    It is engaged in the pharmaceutical industry, which provides pharmacy retail services through consolidated stores, partnership stores and franchise stores. The company operates the Life Pharmacy, Unichem, Amcal, Care Chemist and Radius Pharmacy brands consisting 305 pharmacies stores and provides Radius Medical franchise branding and management services. Effective June 1, 2011 the company acquired Radius Medical Limited and Radius Medical Solutions Limited from Radius Health Group Limited.

    The company has a market capitalization of 158.09 Million, EPS is 0.10, P/E ratio is 12.96 and the dividend yield is 4.26% at the annual dividend payout of 0.04.

    Comvita Limited (NZE: CVT)

    The company is engaged in the manufacturing and marketing of natural health and beauty products. It has five operating segments: New Zealand, Australia, Asia, Europe and Medical. It has its subsidiaries which include Comvita New Zealand Limited, Comvita Landowner Share Scheme Trustee Limited, Kiwi Extracts Limited, Kiwi Bee Medical Limited, Jonno Developments Limited and Comvita Australia Pty Limited. In October 2012, the company acquired the apiary business of Kiwi Honey Limited.

    It has a market capitalization of 111.03 Million, EPS is 0.28, P/E ratio is 13.99 and the dividend yield is 3.33% at the annual dividend payout of 0.09.

    Briscoe Group Limited (NZE: BGR)

    It is a New Zealand-based non-trading holding company. It provides management services to its subsidiaries. The company has two segments: Homeware and Sporting goods. It had 48 Homeware stores and 32 Sporting Goods stores. Its wholly owned subsidiaries include Briscoes Limited, the Sports Authority Limited, the Rebel Sport Limited and the Living and Giving Limited which is engaged in name protection.

    The company has a market capitalization of 491.48 Billion, EPS is 0.14, P/E ratio is 16.52 and the dividend yield is 4.78% at the annual dividend payout of 0.07.

    Turners Auction Limited (NZE: TUA)

    It is a New Zealand-based auction house. The company remarkets motor vehicles, commercial goods, trucks and heavy machinery, purchase motor vehicles and commercial goods for resale and provides motor vehicle finance. It has 16 branches in New Zealand. All auctions are simulcast online through Turners Live resulting in over 48 vehicle auctions simulcast per week. The finance also provides a range of mechanical breakdown insurance and motor vehicle insurance.

    The company has a market capitalization of 51.74 Million, EPS is 0.15, P/E ratio is 12.28 and the dividend yield is 7.94% at the annual dividend payout of 0.08.
