CALM makes me nervous

|Includes:Cal-Maine Foods, Inc. (CALM)

I bought Cal Maine Foods (NASDAQ:CALM) a few months ago for valuation (under 6 p/e at the time) and yield  (over 6% at at the time). However, their earnings announcement yesterday (6/27) gave me the heebeejeebees--Not because they missed expectations, but because:
1. dividend payout = 100% and puts the dividend at risk
2. earnings = $.43 a share and dividend yield = $.43 a share. Too convenient for my taste.

I like the idea that they are selling cheap protein (eggs) in a long hard recession. However, the financials scare me.

DISCLOSURE: No Postion in CALM as of today.
