    Financial highlights
    . Fast growth, relatively high P/E for the annualized six months ended June 30
    . Revenue up 62% over the prior year, for the six months ended June 30, 2009
    . After-tax income jumped 52%
    . After-tax profit margin was 35%
    . Post IPO CRIC will have $704mm in equity, no long term debt
    . All IPO proceeds go to the company to further the business.  A good sign.  No proceeds to payoff debt or to selling shareholders.
