I mentioned SNDXF before (on its initial breakout above $1). It is a gold royalty play, run by a former CFO at SLW, using the same business model. SNDXF pulled back to its original breakout support, and has now blasted higher again with huge volume accompanying the move.
DCHAF is another commodity play with a unique business model. It buys and essentially hoards rare earth stockpiles. Almost all of its stockpile is held in South Korea. It periodically sells some of its holding and has reported positive earnings each of the last couple of quarters. It formed a beautiful cup and handle (tragically for me, I sold in the handle... not recognizing what I was looking at!)... and has now blasted off. It is still trading at a discount to its reported NAV (north of .90).
There is some technical evidence that the U.S. Dollar could be ready to rally, and if that happens, it could negatively effect both of these breakouts.
