    Though I am bearish and, in general, avoiding stocks, CSCO is near an interesting potential buy spot.  There is plenty of discussion about the company’s fundamentals, and whether it is a great value play or an aging behemoth.   It has a history of support around $15, and recently bounced off that area.

     

    In doing so, it also broke to the upside of bullish falling wedge.

    It’s an interesting entry point, with a stop-loss under $15, though I expect I’ll reject my own idea and stay out of it for now.
