Hello, this being my first post to Alpha, please excuse any rookie posting eras, thank you in advance. I have noticed that, IMO, the S&P VIX has not been quite right of late. I mean it went ( Down ) over 7 % on a down day for the S&P ? After this mornings big flush on the mini futures, you might have thought there would be some volatility. Now I know that the FED has been manipulating bond rates for years now, guess that's part of the mandate. The recent Libor scam has brought to light a whole different picture of manipulation, and the FED knew about it, so did treasury. Now that one makes me think !! Now I'm not making any kind of false accusations mind you, but could the FED be meddling in the stock market ??? Something just isn't right with this whole picture. If there is any enlightened individual out there that could shed some of said light, I would appreciate it. Thanks, and good luck out there. I am currently in cash.
