Bill, if nasdaq finishes up and $NAMOT finishes down that's a 'divergence', correct?

    Author’s reply » Technically yes.

The McClellan is the MACD indicator applied to the AD line instead of price, so if the $NAMOT closes down that means that basically moving averages of the AD are converging, or losing momentum.

Personally, I think divergences are better visualized and more meaningful when you plot a moving averages on the McClellan, which is why I plot a 3 and 5 DMA on my McClellan charts.

Hi Bill. Are you adding to your SPXS position or just waiting to see the market's reaction after we get BB's speech out of the way?

Author’s reply » I'm waiting for the market to close below the 1st support level. Bernake's speech maybe the catalyst, maybe not. But I need to see sell programs overwhelm buying, 1st support getting taken out will be a very strong clue that the intermediate term trend has changed.
