    Bill, thanks! Things are certainly getting interesting.

    Never mind about TZA (I figured you may have thought about some other ticker). The reason I asked about shorting small caps is because James Stack (being an amateur trader aka 'muppet' I subscribe to his newsletter) never got a confirmation for his 'bull market indicators' from the action in the Russell index , so I thought if we do get a downward movement small caps may go at an accelerated pace - that's all.
