Generally positive. Banking Index (BKX) and Nikkei (N225) are edging toward short-term crisis points. We're going to keep watching them to see how this turns out. SSEC (Shanghai Index) seems to be successfully resisting selling here; this could be bullish for a rally if it can hold above overhead resistance at 3004. The Housing Index (HGX) is short-term overbought; but we are getting a buy signal (see below) on UMM, Bullish Housing Stocks ETF, and a shortsell sign on DMM, Bearish Housing Stocks ETF, so we're thinking HGX will go higher.
Gold seems fine here. Oil does not look good short-term.
We took trading profits (M5 10 Trading System) is some indexes today. Generally this means they would pull back from here; but, in this market, nothing is for certain. They are: AORD, Australia, BVSP, Brazil, FCHI, France, FTSE, England, GDAXI, Germany, XOI, Oil and Gas Stocks. (List of trades are below.)
A draft of the book Turn Out the Lights can be found at the website below. This book is a description of the metaphysical causes of the economic cycles of expansion (Day) and contraction (Night).
