We now want to look at stocks in our database we think are in danger of losing ground now.  As we wrote in our earlier post, stocks making short-term trend higher highs and higher lows are in a bull move; conversely, stocks making lower highs (those that fail to successfully test overhead resistance) and lower lows (stocks that break through support levels, are in trouble at the moment.

Most of the issues we will present are in the early stages of a decline -- however, Protein Design Labs (PDLI), has already declined significantly, following these trend decline patterns we are emphasiizing have formed and are forming in many issues today.

We look at, besides PDLI: American Express (AXP), Bank of America (BAC), Ben Franklin (BEN), Burlington Northern (BNI), First Third Bancorp (FITB), Freddie Mac (FRE), First Solar (FSLR), General Electric (GE), Goldman Sachs (GS), Glaxo-Smith-Klein (GSK), Home Depot (HD), Harley-Davidson (HOG).
