Good news for Bulls is the major indexes are hanging solidly above their 200-day moving averages. 
While sell-volume has dominated over buyers the last few weeks, the overall low count, which often accompanies summer days, doesn't give us much to go on.
We've been Cautious Bulls, not really stepping up to buy much, as we wait for stronger signs of a Bull to present themselves.
