Feb 3, 2010 10:45 AM | about stocks: IWM, QQQ, XME, XLB, XLI, OIH

IWM, currently down -0.89%, has been noticeably lagging, along with QQQQ, this suspect 2-day low volume snapback rally, which has been led by the cyclical "usual suspects," XME, XLI, XLB, OIH.  Rally needs to broaden to IWM, QQQQ to have any legs.  That means IWM needs to get through resistance at 62, and QQQ at 44.  So far this morning, not happening.
