    Eagle expert on $VIX into the red zone for second day while Eagle expert on Dow Jones entered into the Green bullish zone on Tuesday. Eagle expert on S&P500 and on Nasdaq still into the grey zone with Eagle Index being just below the 70% level, a level if crossed both markets will enter the Green zone.
