    This is the complaint filed in the Southern District of Texas Houston Division. It details the basis of the complaint. There appears to be a clear contradiction between the PR. Anyone who held their shares based on the PR would have lost ~50% in less than three weeks. This loss increased to ~75% with the additional PR disclosures of August 3.
