I believe the title should be applied to everyday life. However, since this is an investment blog I'll make my point.

Roughly five years ago I sold a home and divided the proceeds into three equal amounts. I always invest with the information I use from,'What is going on in the World". This method hasn't failed me yet.

I put a great deal of thought and research into the three sectors that I eventually decided upon. Those secters were building, energy, and the internet.

I'll just use one of the above to serve as an example. Building. We continue to have strife and acts of nature that destroy what we have built. Or we update and make new. This includes structures and roads. Then, like any undertaking, you break it down. What material do we use for our infastrucure? Cement.

This is where my strategy gets questionable or as I like to believe 'devine intervention' I like puzzles and get focused on names or numbers. I found three cement companies and then researched their management, charts, potential and cost for me to purchase. I decided on a ticker symbol that had letters that I could relate to. It had the letters US(United States) in the symbol. Yes, I know I have probably lost most of you by now.

I purchased a great deal of shares for around $5.00. This stock is now worth 13 times the original purchase price. I am convinced it will continue to grow.

My point? Patience. I am five years older yet my mind continues to stay young. I also don't believe in investing conservately based on age. My portfolio is very aggressive because I am sure that in this day and age things change very fast and that goes hand in hand with what goes up must come down and vice versa.

Patience always rewards. Start a diet, work on a garden, keep in a job....Even nature-The seasons will come.

I plan on getting better to the actual verbage with investing, but this site is new to me and hopefully, with patience, I will delve into samatics.

Keep Tithing!
