     The Board of Directors for Lowe's Companies, Inc. (NYSE: LOW) has declared a quarterly cash dividend of eleven cents ($0.11) per share, payable February 2, 2011, to shareholders of record as of January 19, 2011.
     
    Lowe's Companies, Inc., together with its subsidiaries, operates as a home improvement retailer in the United States and Canada.

    The Board of Directors of Ecolab Inc. (NYSE: ECL) increased the company’s quarterly cash dividend by 13% to $0.175 per common share, to be paid January 18, 2011, to shareholders of record at the close of business on December 21, 2010. This results in a new indicated annual cash dividend of a record $0.70 per share for 2011, and represents Ecolab’s 19th consecutive annual dividend rate increase. Ecolab has paid cash dividends on its common stock for 74 consecutive years. Ecolab last increased its dividend in December 2009.

    The Board of Directors of Omnicom Group Inc. declared a quarterly dividend of 20 cents per outstanding share of its common stock.  The dividend is payable on January 10, 2011 to Omnicom Group common shareholders of record at the close of business on December 22, 2010.
