     Microsoft Corp. (Nasdaq: MSFT) announced diluted earnings per share for the quarter were $0.40 compared with $0.48 last year. analysts average 0.32. MSFT beats by $0.08.
    Revenue of $12.92 billion for the first quarter ended Sept. 30, 2009, a 14% decline from the same period of the prior year. 
    Microsoft Corporation provides software and hardware products and solutions worldwide.
    Schlumberger Limited (NYSE: SLB) reported diluted earnings-per-share from continuing operations was $0.65 versus $1.25 in the third quarter of 2008. Analysts average 0.63. SLB beats by $0.02.
    Third-quarter revenue of $5.43 billion versus $7.26 billion in the third quarter of 2008.
    Schlumberger Limited operates as an oilfield services company in the United States and internationally. 
    Peapack-Gladstone Financial Corporation (NASDAQ: PGC) announced that its Board of Directors has declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.05 per share on its common stock. The dividend will be paid to shareholders on November 13, 2009, to shareholders of record on October 29, 2009.

    ConocoPhillips (NYSE: COP) announced a quarterly dividend of 50 cents per share, payable Dec. 1, 2009, to stockholders of record at the close of business Oct. 30, 2009. This represents an increase of approximately 6 percent in the dividend rate for the company's common stock. ConocoPhillips has increased the dividend every year since the formation of the company in 2002.

    Babcock & Brown Air Limited (NYSE: FLY), announced that it has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.20 per common share for the third quarter of 2009. The dividend will be paid on November 20, 2009 to shareholders of record on October 30, 2009.
    B&B Air acquires and leases modern, high-demand and fuel-efficient commercial jet aircraft under multi-year operating lease contracts to a diverse group of airlines throughout the world. 
    The Board of Directors of Sensient Technologies Corporation (NYSE: SXT) has declared a regular quarterly cash dividend on its common stock of $0.19 per share. The cash dividend will be paid on December 1, 2009, to shareholders of record on November 9, 2009.
