     Rockwell Automation, Inc. (NYSE: ROK) reported net income, excluding items,  were $0.37 compared to $1.08 last year. analysts average 0.27. ROK beats by $0.10
     
    Fiscal 2009 fourth quarter revenue of $1,074.4 million, down 28 percent compared to $1,484.3 million in the fourth quarter of fiscal 2008.

    Enterprise GP Holdings L.P. (NYSE: EPE) announced net income, excluding items were $0.32 per unit compared to $0.34 per unit on a fully diluted basis, for the third quarter of 2008. analysts average 0.32. EPE in line.
     
    Consolidated net income attributable to Enterprise GP Holdings for the third quarter of 2009 was $25.3 million, compared to $42.0 million, for the third quarter of 2008.

    The Board of Directors of Artesian Resources Corporation (Nasdaq: ARTNA) approved a 5% increase in the Class A Non-Voting and Class B Common shareholders' dividend, raising the annual dividend to $0.7492 per share. The quarterly dividend of $0.1873 per share is payable November 20, 2009 to shareholders of record at the close of business on November 10, 2009. This is the 68th consecutive quarterly dividend paid to shareholders.
