     Pall Corporation (NYSE: PLL) reported pro forma earnings per share were $0.58, compared to $0.42 last year, an increase of 38%. analysts average $0.50. PLL beats by $0.08.

    Sales for the third quarter were $616 million, an increase of 10.8% compared to the third quarter of fiscal year 2009. Net earnings were $69.7 million, compared to $44.2 million in the third quarter of fiscal year 2009.

    The Board of Directors of Kraft Foods Inc. (NYSE: KFT) has declared a regular quarterly dividend of $0.29 per common share of Class A stock.  This dividend is payable on July 14, 2010, to stockholders of record as of June 30, 2010.
    With annual revenues of approximately $48 billion, Kraft Foods is a global powerhouse in snacks, confectionery and quick meals.
    Towers Watson & Co. (NYSE, NASDAQ: TW) Board of Directors declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.075 per common share for the quarter ended June 30, 2010. The dividend is payable on July 15, 2010 to shareholders of record at the close of business on June 30, 2010.

    Massey Energy Company (NYSE: MEE) Board of Directors declared a quarterly dividend in the amount of $0.06 per share to be paid on June 30, 2010 to shareholders of record on June 16, 2010.
    Massey Energy Company, is the largest coal producer in Central Appalachia and is included in the S&P 500 Index.
