     Accenture (NYSE: ACN) reported diluted earnings per share were $0.73, an increase of $0.05 over the same period last year. analysts average $0.69. ACN beats by $0.04

    Third quarter net revenues were $5.57 billion, an increase of 8 percent in U.S. dollars and 4 percent in local currency over the same period last year and within the company’s guided range. 
    Accenture is a global management consulting company.
    The Board of Directors of McGrath RentCorp (NASDAQ: MGRC), declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.225 per common share for the quarter ended June 30, 2010. The dividend will be payable on July 30, 2010 to all shareholders of record on July 16, 2010.

    QAD Inc. (NASDAQ: QADI) Board of Directors declared a quarterly dividend of $0.025 per share of common stock payable on October 12, 2010 to shareholders of record at the close of business on August 31, 2010.
    QAD is a leading provider of enterprise applications for global manufacturing companies specializing in automotive, consumer products, electronics, food and beverage, industrial and life science products. 
    Capstead Mortgage Corporation (NYSE: CMO) will pay a second quarter 2010 dividend of $0.36 per common share on July 20, 2010 to stockholders of record as of June 30, 2010.
    Capstead Mortgage Corporation, formed in 1985 and based in Dallas, Texas, is a self-managed real estate investment trust for federal income tax purposes.
