     Campbell Soup Company (NYSE: CPB) reported net earnings for the quarter ended Aug. 1, 2010, were $0.33 per share compared with $0.30 in the year-ago quarter. 

    Net earnings were $113 million compared from an adjusted $107 million in the prior-year quarter.

    The Board of Directors of CSC (NYSE: CSC) declared a regular quarterly dividend of $0.15 per share on the company’s Common Stock. The dividend will be paid on October 15, 2010 to stockholders of record at the close of business on September 9, 2010.

    Dr Pepper Snapple Group, Inc. (NYSE: DPS) Board of Directors declared a quarterly dividend of $0.25 per share on the company's common stock.  The dividend is payable in U.S. dollars on Oct. 8, 2010, to shareholders of record on Sept. 20, 2010.
