     Lennar Corporation (NYSE: LEN) reported $0.16 per diluted share, compared to a net loss of $0.97 per diluted share, in 2009. analysts average $0.05. LEN beats by $0.11.

    Third quarter net earnings attributable to Lennar in 2010 were $30.0 million, compared to third quarter net loss attributable to Lennar of $171.6 million last year. 
    Lennar Corporation (NYSE: LEN and LEN.B) is one of the nation's largest homebuilders.
    Douglas Emmett, Inc. (NYSE: DEI) Board of Directors approved a quarterly cash dividend of $0.10 per share, which will be paid on October 15, 2010 to shareholders of record as of September 30, 2010. On an annualized basis, this dividend totals $0.40 per common share.
