Chimin, aka Stanley, collected a Ph.D in Engineering from SUNY Buffalo and an MBA from Chicago Booth Business School. My full time job is reading, supported by my managing money for family and friends. I don't typically talk about my long positions but I do talk about the stocks that I either... More

    Chimin:

How come you cite to your email exchange with Jacky Lam which appears to be dated June 11, 2010? Apparently you are now trying to use this exchange to bolster your short case. Yet after this date you were still on SA posting as someone who is long CCME.

On June 23, 2010, you commented:

    ***

    seekingalpha.com/autho...

Nothing fundamental changed, on which this thesis is built. I am strong long and advocate long on CCME. My one year target is $30.

    I don't get it.

Not only that, but if you read his email on 6/11/10 he says "In a nutshell, shorts believe that CCME is a fraud. I am trying to find facts. Do you have a good counterargument that you can make for CCME and keep the shorts out of the bay?"

Today he'd have us believe that what Jackie said was not sufficient to disprove fraud.

Yet on 6/23/10 he said nothing had changed in his long case. Why the disconnect Chimin?

    Chimin,

If you have not removed the SAT documents, I wouldn't be so convinced that they are forged. Why did you remove them? Why? It's too late now so say you don't know anything about it.

Anyways, don't worry, I have a backup copy that can be used as evidence for your prosecution.

    Chimin:

"Chimin "Stanley" Sang, I hope your parents, associates, and family don't learn of your wrongful acts and bad intentions for these bring shame to you and to them too." 난 부모님 동료를 희망, 그리고 가족이 당신에게 그들에게 수치심을 가지고 대한 부당 행위와 나쁜 의도를 배울 수 없습니다.

Chimin Sang's history of publication of false and misleading information about CCME shows Chimin to be a disgrace 불명예 and a deceptive liar 현혹 거짓말쟁이. See ccme-info.xanga.com/ for more details.

I have filed SEC complaints which name "Chimin Sang" for his past Seeking Alpha publications about CCME. Chimin Sang has no credibility. It seems like Chimin Sang's actual intention is to manipulate the price of CCME through innuendo and his lies.

To be clear, SAIC is not supposed to match SEC filings. They are apples and oranges derived from different data. Publication of Chimin Sang about CCME is particularly shameful because, IMHO, Chimin Sang knows this truth and chooses to lie instead.

Finally, a word about my choice to include some Korean in this post. (There has been some discussion about your ethnicity though someone suggested you were Korean; I happen to love Korean culture so that's great). Some have suggested that some readers might assume the name "Chimin Sang" is Chinese, and that a mistakenly presumed Chinese authorship might imply or infuse credibility into a hitpiece on a Chinese company. While a name alone does not confirm experience and knowledge, humans are prone to making assumptions. So to remind everyone Chimin Sang is not Chinese, included in these comments are some thoughts which were Google-translated into Korean too.

    -Andrew

Postscript: Like a paid basher, you post deceptions and lies during trading hours, then take your blog down when your dirty work is done. You can't even stand by your post on the instablog. Chimin Sang, you are a shameful disgrace.
