Darryl Cardey and Randy Smallwood have resigned from the board of mining company Castle Peak Mining (CVE:CAP).
Smallwood has been appointed to the firm's advisory committee, it said in a brief statement.
The company thanked Cardey for his commitment and said it looked forward to working with Smallwood on a consultative basis.
"I am pleased to remain involved in the development of Castle Peak's Akorade project. It is one of the most prospective land packages in Ghana's southern Ashanti belt, and I look forward to supporting the management team as they advance towards discovery," said Smallwood.
Castle Peak's board now consists of chairman Brian Lock, Peter Hawley, Darren Lindsay, Randal Gindi, Allan Green and Jurgen Eijgendaal, it added.
