Sun Resources (ASX:SUR) is continuing clean up and flow back operations at three of its Woodbine wells, while a 20 stage fraccing and completion operation has started on the 7,000 foot Middle Woodbine, Ellis-1H horizontal well at its Richland oil project in Texas.
Clean up and flow back operations at the Beeler-1H horizontal well and John Beeler -1H horizontal well are underway with about 10% and 18% of fraccing fluids recovered from both the wells respectively.
The company will have to recover 20%-25% of the fraccing fluids to be able to report initial production flow rates.
Clean up and flow back operations of the John Beeler-2 vertical well is also underway over 6 frac stages- Sub-Clarksville, upper, middle and lower Woodbine, Lower Eagle Ford Shale and the Buda Formations.
Separately, the T.Keeling-1H horizontal well at Sun Resources' Amerril oil project has also drilled to 12,976 feet measured depth and is drilling ahead toward a proposed total depth of 14,730 feet.
About 6,000 feet of horizontal section has been drilled in the Middle Woodbine Formation, where strong oil shows were recorded in the Seale-1 vertical well.
The rig will move to Seale-1 H well once drilling and casing is complete at T.Keeling-1H.
