Caza Oil & Gas Draws Down £500,000 Through SEDA

Caza Oil & Gas (LON:CAZA, TSE:CAZ) has drawn down £500,000 of its £6mln standby equity distribution agreement with YA Global Master SPV.

The draw-down entails the issue to YA (Yorkville Advisors) of 4.95mln shares priced at 10.1037p each.

The issued shares represent 2.85% of the enlarged issued share capital of Caza.
