Lemur Resources (ASX: LMR) has been granted a trading halt this morning by the ASX, with its shares placed in pre-open, pending in relation to an approach regarding a potential change in control transaction.
Recently Lemur finalised the exploration program at its 99% owned Imaloto Coal Project and Extension, which is located in Madagascar.
The project has a JORC Coal Resource of 135.7 million Gross Tonnes in Situ, of which 68% is in the high confidence Measured category. In total Measured and Indicated is 91%.
The halt will last until the earlier of an announcement being made to the market, or the opening of trade on Tuesday 14th May 2013.
