Stratum Metals Director Acquires Shares On Market

Stratum Metals (ASX: SXT) managing director Martin Holland has acquired 77,000 shares of the company in an on market purchase.

He paid a total consideration of $10,780, or $0.14 per share, for the shares, which increased his total shareholding held directly and indirectly to 3,684,092 shares.

Holland also indirectly holds 750,000 options exercisable at $0.25 on or before 7 June 2016, 750,000 options exercisable at $0.35 on or before 7 June 2016 and 2 million options exercisable at $0.40 on or before 15 April 2016.

Stratum has recently identified what it believes to be a very large massive sulphide conductor at its East Menzies Goldfields Project in Western Australia that it considers to be a highly prospective drilling target.

This interpretation was based on the final processed data from the HeliTEM survey flown in March as well as initial drilling and downhole electromagnetic work.

Independent geophysical consultant Core Geophysics also found that recent drilling, while well targeted based on available information, has not yet tested the highest strength conductors in the area.
