Investigator Resources Director Acquires Share On The Market

Investigator Resources (ASX: IVR) non-executive director Bruce Foy has purchased 450,000 shares of the company on the market.

He paid a total consideration of $25,048.04, or an average price of $0.055 each, bringing his total shareholding up to 2,736,670 shares.

Investigator has recently appointed PAC Partners as corporate advisor as it considers financing options to fund investigation and development of the Paris Silver Resource in South Australia.

It plans to carry out feasibility studies in late 2014 and continue drilling extensions and satellite targets to Paris.

Recent scout aircore drilling has intersected up to 31 grams per tonne silver and lead of up to 2.36% at the Alexander East anomaly, indicating the mineralised Paris geology is likely to extend for 500 metres west of prior drilling at Paris.

It will this week start a 100 aircore holes totalling approximately 7,500 metres to test a number of extensions to Paris and has plans for a 60 diamond hole program in early 2014.

These are aimed at doubling its current 20 million ounce of silver Resource at Paris.
