Metals Of Africa To Update Exploration Activities

Metals of Africa (ASX:MTA) has been granted a trading halt by the ASX, pending details of recent exploration activities.

The company has been conducting some reconnaissance exploration at its strategically located Montepuez Graphite Project also in Mozambique.

Montepuez comprises the wholly-owned 5572L, 6216L and 6172 with the first two on strike from Syrah Resources' (ASX:SYR) Balama Graphite Project and Triton Mineral's (ASX:TON) Balama North Graphite Project.

The halt will last until the opening of trade on Monday 21st July 2014, or earlier if an announcement is made to the market.
